We are looking for a “Finance Specialist/Assistant Specialist” who will add value with his/her dynamism and field knowledge to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Finance etc.)
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in financial operations,
• Good command of written & spoken English,
• Excellent command of Ms Office applications,
• Inclined towards teamwork, with high energy and motivation,
• Strong ability to analyze, reporting and follow up, attention to detail and flawless working,
• Adapting quickly to dynamic and flexible corporate culture,
• No restriction for travelling,  
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing instructions for the money transfers related to ODAŞ's current and new domestic/international investments, monitoring transactions with banks, and providing regular reporting,
• Following the documentation processes, such as the required forms for FATCA, KYC, internet banking viewing, account opening documents, and GKS, as requested by banks for all group companies,
• Monitoring and reporting on credit card requests, as well as products like HGS and DBS, for all group companies, responding to new requests,
• Coordinating with banks to requests for guarantee letters coming from departments,
• Supporting integration processes related to “NetEkstre” (a system allowing the viewing of all bank accounts on a single screen), prepare reports for requested needs within the system,
• Assisting the team in projects with banks, such as salary promotions, commissions paid and expenses,
• Preparing payment instructions by pulling payment reports and ensure that the instructions are completed without any discrepancies by banks.
• Supporting the operations of salary, social security (SGK), and declaration payments.
