We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and high-performing Sales & Account Manager to meet new business onboarding, sales and revenue growth objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our clients, as well as generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve and maximise sales targets and expand our customer base, as well as maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients
Developing a sustainable business pipeline, supporting commercial objectives and including the identification of opportunities to qualify and close.
Visiting curent and potential clients for understanding their demands and requirements clearly
Matching client’s needs and demands with the current or potantial projects of the company and providing the most suitable offers to the potential and current clients
Tracking and controlling all stages from the proposal to the signing of the contract
Obtaining quotes for custom modifications and projects, sharing them with the client, and following up and coordinating the project based on approval
Ensuring collaboration with all stakeholder to provide the best solutions to the client
Ensuring that the client's onboarding processes are carried out flawlessly and the client has a unique customer experience throughout the service period
Communicating and coordinating with the client during contract renewal periods
Building strong relations with clients to enable open communication
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
8+ years of experience in managing accounts in service industry
3 years of supervisory/management experience
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Being a good negotiator while considering both customer’s and company’s benefits
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Proven customer experience and relationship management skills
Strong business and financial acumen
Strong in MS Office applications (Word, excel, ppt) and reporting tools
