Technical Process Development Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Process Development Specialist to join our Technical Software Development team, located in our airport offices in Antalya.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of the business requirements of the department, establish and develop the relevant processes and documentation.
• Writing user guides for ERP software in English.
• Preparing training presentations and train technical staff on software-related processes.
• Supporting users on software-related processes.
• Taking an Admin role on ERP software for data correction.
• Collecting department requests and plan their realization.
• Prioritize software development topics depending on necessity.
• Performing user acceptance tests of new developments and getting approval from related departments.
• Collecting data from the database and creating reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Operational Research or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in process management, lean management and 5S practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Having an analytical mindset and being attentive to details.
• Advanced reporting, presentation and analytical skills.
• Having a solution-oriented perspective and problem-solving competence.
• High communication skills, ability to create and develop cooperation.
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs, Project Management tools (e.g.Jira), and software infrastructures.
• Good command of Business Analytics tools, preferably knowledgeable about Power BI and Cognos.
• Living in or willing to relocate to Antalya (hybrid work model).
