As a Sales Support Personnel, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

As a Sales Support Personnel, your responsibilities will include:

- ORDER: Handling of customer orders (order confirmations, merging orders, transport,coordinating and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures)

- STOCK: By handling the orders also taking care for the stock  (control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies, assist in forecasting to plan future orders)

- REPORTS : Understand needs and shortly returns with articulable reports about orders & delivery times & consumption.

-TEAM SUPPORT: Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation & Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations

Requirements

• Graduation from relevant departmens
• Experience in shipping and receiving
• Understanding of forecast and order process 
• Proficient in MS Office & Micro
• Excellent organizational and record keeping skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language
