The production operation in Turkey started in 1997 . Jokey Plastik Istanbul has been providing IML injection packaging solution for food and non-food filling services for all the customers in all sectors for years.

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Domestic) with the following qualifications to be assigned in our growing organization;
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Minumum 2 years work experience in Sales operations, Sales Support or Marketing field
- Customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Good analytical, planning and problem solving skills
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Residence in Asian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli
İŞ TANIMI
- To meet all aspects of individual, team and company targets by delivering fastest and reliable service to our clients in Turkey
- To work closely with internal sales managers to achieve the goal of total domestic customer
- Prepare quotations according to the information from sales managers and follow ups
- Coordinate and follow up all process including production-planning and production-dispatching steps
- Provide support to the customers for complaints after the sales
- Asistance for planing and organizing trade fairs, meetings, training and other organizations
- Asistance for marketing activities
- Maintain the currrent customer portfolio in a stable manner
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Prepare product samples and organize courier
Preferred Candidate
2 - 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
