As a result of a lucrative operations and management style in Turkey, Fiba Retail Group merited the franchisee rights of Marks & Spencer Russia and Marks & Spencer Ukraine. Currently, Fiba operates more than 90 Marks & Spencer stores in these countries. We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a “Merchandiser” in our Head Office within the following qualifications:

We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a “Merchandiser” in our Head Office within the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, etc.
- Minimum 3-5 years of apparel wear buying experience
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong analyzing, organizational and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks
- Able to travel domestically and internationally
İŞ TANIMI
Job Description:- Preparing weekly merchandising reports
- Responding weekly level requests
- Analyzing coherence of product demands from stores according the sales performance and preparing automatic stock (ASR) catalog
- Executes necessary activities for merchandising management process in line with customer expectations and company profitability.
- Dowloading the purchase order data to IRP
- Evaluating budget,targets,previous term's data and data's from IRP system (dept. budget,range,catalogue etc..) in line with customer profile and store profiles during the purchasing
- Pricing the goods, dowloading price lists to the system
- Checking out product orders and making sure that M&S UK provides the necessary corrections in case of any interruption
