GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

  • University degree preferably in engineering or business administration
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in SCM and/Customer Operations
  • Expertized in “Customer Operations (Call Center) procurements” category
  • Good command in written and verbal, Articulate communicator and presentation skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong personal impact and influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural 
  • Resilient and able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders balancing diverse perspectives and interests
  • Effective prioritisation of tasks and conflicting priorities 
  • Interest and enthusiasm to learn more about SCM processes and practices by following academic press and best practices 
  • Environment and cross cultural/cross functional experience
  • Excellent follow-up and Project Management skills
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ERP systems, ability to learn using different reporting tools.
  • Pragmatic with leadership and influencing abilities (both upward and downward management skills) – experience in senior management positions and evidence of influencing executive management 
  • Ability to adapt, and support change and to make a difference in a multi-national and cultural environment
  • Strong decision making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests
  • A self-starter who is results-driven with high levels of self-motivation, mobility, energy and initiative

  • Master degree in Business Administration is preferred.


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a SCM Executive – Commercial & Services with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to SCM Senior Mngr - Commercial&Services of  Vodafone Turkey.
 
  • Regularly meet colleagues and internal stakeholders have updates on results, progress, challenges and announce the outputs of meetings for effective understanding.
  • Responsible for managing How to Buy Guides, SCM Policy and Procedures
  • Responsible for reporting and communicating of Saving Projects
  • Responsible for Spend Analysis and Working Capital Reporting and Outputs
  • Leads and owns Local relationship with VPC&Global Key Category Suppliers.
  • Support the stakeholders with recommendations on supplier selection, definition of the appropriate commercial framework, and sourcing approach for related categories.
  • Initiate and manage key cost reduction activities and projects with an overall vision on general Services projects.
  • Ensure local relevant categories are managed in terms of best practice operations and development
  • Conduct commercial negotiations to provide premium level in terms of pricing, quality, max. Customer satisfaction.
  • Perform benchmarking activities using internal and external data with local and global studies.
  • Analyze internal costs, perform make or buy analysis and work closely with financial decision support team
  • Manage all the coordination between Supplier, stakeholders and VPC (commercial, technical, legal) during the tender process in local and global tenders while using Supply Chain tools.
  • Ensure the processes in line with the Procurement Policy , manage tendering process (RFI/RFP/RFQ) in line with Vodafone commercial principles and VPC strategies, Code of Ethical Purchasing.
  • Investigate and drive performance improvements on specific opportunities of key suppliers globally or locally identified within the Services category with the support of Enablers team. 
  • Being aware of the market and the potential suppliers for future projects or for improvement of the ongoing projects and relationships.
  • Accountable for compliance of local suppliers with SCM’s policies (e.g. Code of Ethical Purchasing, Anti-Bribery, Health & Safety Absolute rules and
  • Support and analyse yearly budget of the own Categories, provide support on budget preparation and regular review
  • Managing the effectiveness of budget with cost reduction projects and different sourcing models
  • Make recommendations on balancing competitive pricing, process standardization/improvement opportunities and longer term supplier relationships
  • Initiate contract drafting activities before RFQ phase working with Legal Team for local contracts and VPAs for global contracts.
  • Manage the communication regarding to the VPA contracts between internal stakeholders, VFTR legal team, finance team and behave as a single point of contact to VPC.
  • Negotiate as a single point of contact in contractual negotiations with suppliers in local area.
  • Support VPC in contractual negotiations with Supplier 
  • Conduct supplier pre-qualification and quarterly evaluation of preferred suppliers in co-operation with SPM team. 
  • Communication with evaluators for preparing required action list and meeting with suppliers for tracking improvement actions.
