QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Previous experience in the culinary field required
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
İŞ TANIMI
- To Learn all menu ingredients with details.
- To participate to all organized trainings related with his/her job.
- To follow all instruction which is given by his/her superior.
- To make set-up tables as per instruction of supervisors.
- To serve foods at correct temperature.
- Polishing cutlery, glasses and plates.
- Be ready always to serve when service started
- To do necessary mise an place and set-up of servants as per instructed by his/her supervisor.
- To use proper language during communication with his/her colleagues.
- Clears the trays from the side stands frequently and not carrying too much at one time
