Education & Experience:
•Graduate degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering and Mathemathics or related field
•Background in forecasting and planning is a plus
•Experience in SAP

İŞ TANIMI
Purpose of Role:
•Supporting the LBM and Demand Management process activities and reporting into the Automotive business in Turkey and Central Asia.
•Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
•Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for 1-24 month horizon with supporting assumptions
•Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts
•Ensuring finished product SKU plan is adequately reflects marketing situation, S&M trends, initiatives and activities in 1-24 month horizon as per the information available from S&M.
•Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool.
•Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product life cycle changes
•Accountability for SKU level demand plans in APO-SAP/MI tool.
•Facilitating Collaborative Demand Control process
•Acting as primary operational tag of sales team with SC planning department.
•Supporting and informing S&M team about product availability
Key Results/Accountabilities Expected from Role:
•Supporting Demand manager to maintain a capable and sustainable LBM Process
•Demonstrate all the behaviours outlined under BP Values
•Works with the Market Demand Manager to ensure that the LBM demand plan in the market is aligned and underpinned by SKU demand Plans.
•Attends the monthly consensus meetings with S&M for draft Demand Plan update and underpinning. Maintain market assumptions log. Raise all vulnerabilities and opportunities in the market
•Incorporates the output from the regional and local Product and Services Review into the Market Demand Plan at SKU level, where applicable.
•Filtering and cleansing demand history in the demand planning tool
•Ensuring appropriate reflection of Demand Plans in Demand Management Tools (APO-SAP).
•Captures all the marketing and sales plans and notifications for inclusion in the market demand plan at SKU level and input in APO-SAP/MI tool.
•Managing agreed sales plan handover to supply chain tag.
•Facilitates the weekly/monthly Demand Control conversations within the market as defined in the LBM process. Accountable for post-meeting Demand actions.
•Improvment in Forecas Accuracy and Bias performance
•Uses SKU forecast accuracy to identify and agree actions that will improve the market demand planning and control process and supporting assumptions.
•Demand Manager backup for Demand Management Process and Monthly Demand Review process silent running.
