• Preferrably Graduated from Industrial Engineering or Economics departments of top universities
• 4-6 years experince in Business analyses by working executives of companies
• Proven experience of being a strong team member by working with cross functional contacts and excellent communications skills
• Ability to analyze market data and trends to make high level suggestions
• Fluency in English
• Excellent use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Macros and Access)
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Having capabilities of working with senior management by preparing executive reports on business performance for internal and external organizations.
• Need to have strong experience in business analyses and analytical background
• Be able to work under pressure as it is a recurrent weekly/monthly activities that cannot be interrupted and key for the forecasting and business commitments
• Be able to lead multitask properly in timely manner by working with stakeholders 

İŞ TANIMI

• Support Management Team by preparing the business performance reports sharing insight for decision taking processes
• Prepare  the business performance report on sales, financial and operational for all levels of  team by providing and gathering accurate and proper datas weekly and monthly basis
• Develop and execute the business presentations and analysis for internal and external organisation in coordination with key stakeholders
• Follow and analyse the market trend datas effecting the business performance
• Responsible for preparing weekly /monthly sales and business KPI’s reports
• Analysing & forecasting volume demand to support the cash flow & stok management performance appropriately.
• Support the budget preparation process
• Submitting volume and margin estimates to finance colleagues through getting views on appropriate analyses on weekly and monthly periods
• Support the development of performance management tools for Sales team
• Improve new and high quality reporting on main levers of business development, including sales, profitability, promotions, fleet, network activities and  building the appropriate contacts in order to retrieve the needed information from each stakeholder
