We are currently looking for Social Media Specialist to join our Corporate Communication Team. Candidates should have the following qualifications:
  • BSc./MSc. Degree in related field (Communication, Marketing, Brand Management etc.)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Expert knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO.
  • Effective communication skills and high individual motivation.
  • Inclination towards continuous research, learning and following trends.
  • Effective team player to collaborate with other people in different projects.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


İŞ TANIMI

  • Managing Ford Otosan’s social media accounts, developing and implementing the short&long term strategies and projects for Passenger Car, Light Commercial Vehicle and Heavy Commercial Vehicle.
  • Leading the annual budget of social media effectively for projects and social media ads.
  • Managing the executive and detailed social media guidelines for both Turkish and global Ford Otosan dealers. 
  • Updating the social media crisis strategy plans with the coordination of Ford Otosan’s related departments.
  • Cascading Ford’s global and regional strategies, localizing due to social trends and local dynamics in line with comm. calendars.
  • Creating the social CRM strategy, revising the guidelines acc.to the company’s dynamics, abreast of the latest practices and changes.
  • Developing strategies for brand ambassadors and fan groups and supporting thier communites to grow. 
  • Leading the social media agency’s communication with the marketing, PR, HR and Rally teams. 
  • Coordinating both creative and media buying agencies for the social media ads and GDN; optimizing, analyzing and reporting monthly
  • Managing SEO and Adwords strategy of the corporate blog.
  • Creating contents acc.to general brand comm. strategy for 21 accounts (local and global); avg3500 posts released annually.
  • Always in communication with the Marketing, PR, HR, PD, Innovation, Business Development and Manufacturing teams about new Ford products, projects and campaigns.  
  • Developing digital PR and influencer marketing projects working inline with Corporate PR and PR agency teams, for bloggers, v-loggers, celebrities and welebrities.
  • Managing the social media comm of the both corp.and marketing teams’ offline/online campaigns to increase engagement.
  • Managing seeding projects with influencers, brand ambassadors and fan groups to support comm of the digital projects.
  • Monitoring internet and social media, reporting news and comments daily and coordinating the corporate answers to the customers. 
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly internet monitoring and social listening reports.
  • Reporting the results of all social media related projects.

More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
