• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-10 year experience in Petroleum
• Experience in the management of productions operations.
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, preferable software OFM, AVM, PIPER
• Strong problem solving ability
• No military obligation for male candidates
• A good team member

İŞ TANIMI

• Supervising of field production
• Programming, coordinating (and monitoring performance) of completion operations in order to control cost and safely minimize downtime.
• Identify and propose production optimization operations for existing wells
• Operation ability with different types of ALS ( ESP-SRP)
• Prepare daily & weekly & monthly report for upper management
• Prepare GDPA report for government
• Daily risk assessment of well site and operations and documented feedback to management.
• Continuous mentoring and training of field personnel to achieve incident free work site
• Supervised re-completion operation pre-fracture & post fracture stimulation
• Manage cost and propose cost-efficiencies to reduce lease operating expenses (LOE)
