• Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Enginering, Business Engineering, Computer Engineering or Mathematics Engineering field,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process management, process modelling, process improvement areas,
• Project management experience will be an asset,
• Very good command of written and spoken English,
• Very good level of MS Office applications,
• Knowledge and experience at least in one of ARIS, Nimbus Control, Mega, MS Visio applications,
• Have excellent communication, negotiation & coordination skills,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Result-focused and customer-oriented,
• No millitary obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Perform company process tree activities (generation of flows , alignment with organizationalroles, risk mapping,setting 1st level controlsetc)for the business to be supported by efficient processes,
• Actively participate in business process improvement projects within the organizationto meet changing needs,
• Measure and monitor the performance of the processes with related KPIs to identify new potential improvements with the process owners,
• Develop departmental SLAs to monitor the performance of processes,
• Perform business impact analysis for new IT projects to assist in making business decisions related to system implementation, modification,
• Develop and standardize the documentation of company policies, procedures, charters and committees and ensure the business process inventory is up-to-date,
• Ensure all organizational inventory (department mission letters , job descriptions) is up-to date with the alignment of processes defined,
• Design and propose appropriate organizational model to optimize FTE needs and costs with clear roles and responsibilities based on processes & organizational efficiency.
