QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources management or equivalent discipline,
- At least 7 years of total experience in whole HR Processes Management such as Employment law, Recruitment, Organizational Planning, Employee Relations, Performance & Career Management, Learning & Development, Personal Efficiency, Payroll and Personnel Affairs processes etc.
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Consistently demonstrates strong leadership skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Integration and change management skills
- Strong business acumen, demonstrates good understanding of business and functional concepts
- Proactive, result oriented and fast
- Creative and generates new ideas
İŞ TANIMI
- Report directly to HR Director
- Design & development of HR strategies as well as implementation of company policies & procedures within the responsibility area,
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment, social security and other applicable laws,
- Take active role in the preparation of the manpower budget for the organization,
- Prepare, monitor and control company HR headcount and spenditure budget, and cooperates closely with HR C&B team and Finance during budget planning & monitoring and Accounting for provisions,
- Design, development and preparation of the HR reports,
- Leading HR transformation process and promoting the new company core values within the responsibility area,
- Coach and counsel managers and employees for performance improvement to create a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, safety, and the recruitment and development of top talent,
- Manage, develop and control of all HR functions within the responsibility area; such as talent sourcing, performance management, development and training, labor relations and legislation, change management and organizational development, payroll and compensation policy, controlling etc ,
- Proactively suggest and promote processes that have positive return on investment and deliver value to internal and external customers,
- Guide managers in areas such as benefits, compensation, training, recruitment, workforce planning, conflict management, performance management, and labour relations,
- Conduct necessary ad-hoc analyses when required,
- Perform other projects as required by the business, functional unit and/or HR organization.
