• Handle multiple project requirements and make appropriate technical decisions,
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience, which payed its worth.
• Solid understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Event Driven Architecture , SOLID and Design Patterns,
• Strong C#, Microsoft .NET Framework ( ASP.NET MVC,  Web Services, WCF, Remoting, Socket comminucation) knowledge and object-oriented design skills,
• Strong knowledge of  T-SQL and a working understanding of best practices.
• Having a working experience with ALM and disciplined to cope with enterprise application development methods.
• Required to be curious and autonomous, have a working experience of financial transaction business (payment or e-business systems) or thirst to learn complex business domain as such,
• Experienced in Agile scrum team management.
• Familiarity with CI, DDD,BDD,TDD, ORM, Unit testing and agile development practices are big plusses,
• Preferably, having background in developing high performance distributed systems.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure and/or other cloud providers is a big plusses. 

İŞ TANIMI

 Will be a Technical Team Leader at Innova’s FinTech department. Will work in Turkey’s largest financial company’s online transaction, application development and maintenance.

 The recruit will be assigned to analyze, design and code financial applications which requires utmost attention and technical knowledge. As a Team Leader, recruit will manage and mentor other team members as required. Recruit will take full responsibility in financial transactions’ reliability, thus must maintain its cool and be able to work attitude in rare situations.
