We are seeking a highly motivated and genious IT Help Desk Specialist for our Istanbul office. 

Essential Skills and Capabilities
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum of 2 year in an IT Help Desk Role
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP Networking
  • Good knowledge of Business Processes
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Client and Server technology
  • ITIL v3 certification
Desirable Skills and Capabilities
  • Basic spoken German
  • 3 or more years in an IT Help Desk Role
  • ITSM - ServiceNow
  • Microsoft Client and/or Server certification


İŞ TANIMI

Principal Purpose
To ensure that IT is stable in the location within the framework defined by Corporate IT

Principal Elements
  • Objectives and measurements to be set by the Regional Information Officer EMEA and Financial Controller
  • Prioritisation of tasks in the location to be done in collaboration with the Regional Information Officer EMEA
  • Timely implementation of Corporate IT guidelines and processes in the location
  • Maintenance, development and implementation of non-core local applications based upon Demands and Changes
  • Cooperation with the Regional Information Officer EMEA in the IT Budget Planning and Approval process and the monitoring of actual, budget and forecast
  • Collaboration with internal and external parties to ensure stable operations of infrastructure and applications in accordance with committed service levels
  • Contribution of local requirements in the definition of IT Architecture, Security Guidelines and IT Processes
  • Consultation with the Regional Information Officer EMEA in the formulation of Demands and Changes
