QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, system enginnering, mathematics engineering, statistics or business administration,
• New graduated from reputable universities or max.1 year of retail business experience,
• Advanced coordinating, planning and reporting skills,
• Good task tracking and follow-up skills,
• Time management and solution orientation skills,
• Ability to cooperate with different functions and ability to think integratively,
• Good analytical thinking to deliver solutions for complicated process problems,
• No military obligation (for male candidates),
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Having task management or collabration tool knowledge is an asset,
• Having a project management experience is an asset.

İŞ TANIMI

• Defining new process in international business in Defacto’s Operational Excellence vision,
• Carrying out process improvement projects and providing guidance in order to raise maturity level of the  company processes,
• Rolling multiple process improvement projects together to achieve commun strategic targets,
• Determinig the critical business interruption scenarios and establishing right policies and procedure to provide sustainability,
• Take an active role in managing corporate change,
• Providing process mapping, process modelling, standardizing the value-added operational processes and ensuring their integration to technology,
• Conducting cost-benefit analysis through process improvement and development studies,
• Reporting and representing improvement process improvement projects,
• Supporting to strategic process development projects.
