QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• MA or BA degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of CRM and B/OSS experience as well as consulting and system integration business, either in telecom vendor, IT vendor, or consulting firm.
• Understand the software development methodology and development in cloud domain.
• Successful track record in OSS pre-sales, operations assessment and architecture design and development.
Preffered:
• At least 7 years of experience in the areas of Telco CRM and B/OSS architecture, design and implementation
• At least 7 years of experience in Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworx (eTOM, TNA, SID), ITIL, IEEE, ETSI and other standard bodies.
• At least 7 years of experience in defining the processes, System requirements, and dealing with business houses and LOBs
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience in Telecom Domain.
• Experience and desire to work in a technology and operations consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Experience in Siebel and/or formal Conceptwave is highly valuable

İŞ TANIMI
• Responsible for pre-sales and customer interaction around CRM and B/OSS tools, processes and methods.
• Promote Etiya portfolio in key transformation projects in the region.
• Analyze customer & user offerings, market situations and customer go-to-market strategy.
• Drive sales engagement to support customer units by creating the competitive offerings in CRM and B/OSS.
• Perform up-selling & identify add-on sales opportunities from existing installed base.
• Share project key learnings & contribute to thought leadership for the region.
• Interface with related regional organizations and business units for the CRM and B/OSS portfolio.
• Be able to collect, analyze and periodical update market insight and competition landscape.
• Conduct customer workshops, presentations and be able to dialog with customer key stakeholders around their IT architecture.
• Analyze customer business and technology environment, plans & requirements to develop proper business case and solution offerings.
• Be responsible for portfolio update i.e. value proposition, use case, technology updates, future evolution and roadmap for Etiya’s CRM and B/OSS portfolio.
• Feedback to sales and product management periodically to reflect market situation, competitors’ insights and customer needs in order to raise the competition in region.
• Extensive travel.
