We are currently looking for Business Analysis and Process Design Specialists to join our Gölcük/Kocaeli and İnönü/Eskişehir IT Teams. Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• BSc. degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical fields,
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis and project management,
• Effective communication skills and high individual motivation,
• Data analysis and SQL knowledge,
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude,
• Inclination towards continuous research, learning and following new technologies,
• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams,
• Effective team player to collaborate with other people in different projects,
• Advanced level of English,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Acts as a process engineer for software development projects in line with Ford Otosan IT software development methodologies and processes.
• Designs business processes, makes functional and technical analysis according to requirements within his/her area of responsibility.
• Searches for the ways to increase productivity with the help of IT by reassessing business processes that affecting various functions.
• Ensures coordination of business requirements and functional requirements by working closely with development teams throughout the software development process.
• Responsible for user acceptance tests by performing functional tests of developed applications.
• Ability to renew itself and work style about new business applications, software development tools and methods by following technological developments.
• Project management in the projects for which s/he is responsible for.
