QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
  • Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Fluent English
  • University degree
  • Having strong relationship with cross-functional departments
  • Being innovative and open to learn


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager-New Consumer Segment with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Trade Marketing Sn.Manager  of  Vodafone Turkey.
  • To  coordinate all trade marketing activities related with Digital & Convenience  Segment Consumers
  • To assure that products and services aiming to offer benefits to customers are suitable to their needs while they are in conformity with the company strategy. 
  • To work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets and building relationships between Field Sales & Marketing Teams. 
  • To collect and disseminate Best Practices for profitable Trade Marketing activities,
  • To execute new product & tariff Launches, analysing sales results
  • To design incentives for dealers & sales team, executing regional  sales activities,
  • To have the deep knowledge of each tariff and being capable of making analysis in order to get the improvement on sales of each product and service in each region focusing on MNP,
  • To provide feedback to management on sales figures (daily/monthly based)
  • To determine monthly regional sales KPI’s targets are main tasks of this role

Preferred Candidate

More than 8 years of experience
