İŞ TANIMI
- To design and execute micro segment marketing strategies and manage end-to-end segment P&L and plans based on customer insights through setting objectives and developing short & mid-term strategies that are consistent with longer term strategies to increase Vodafone customer base, activity, revenues, profitability via sustainable acquisition and loyalty improvements. Lead and manage segment specific projects and coordinate cross functions & partners to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
- Identify key opportunities in the market through extensive market research and understanding customer insights
- Design, launch, and manage end to end propositions and initiatives for the segment (e.g. microsegments tariffs, integrated revenue stimulation campaigns), microsegments loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime, handset propositions.
- Define key segments within microsegments to develop, launch, and manage segmented propositions
- Develop and coordinate launch of periodic acquisition and base promotions in order to increase customer base, activity, and revenues
- Track the performance of the microsegments and revise propositions when necessary in order to increase revenue and profitability
- Demand key inputs from departments that manage market research, customer intelligence, data warehouse, and financial analysis to make informed decisions
- Ensure that the customer experience framework is used for every proposition launch
- Holds closing base, revenue and profitability responsibility for the segment
- Lead Microsegments Core Team and ensure sound coordination between team members.
- Lead cross functional teams to ensure end to end launch of propositions.
- Work with finance, product and pricing teams to develop business cases for new propositions and a segment P&L
- Ensure that cross-functional project governance and processes are clearly defined and followed and projects are executed as teams
- Lead ad-hoc cross-functional projects to realize segment objectives, as well as lead projects & represent all the segments in order to keep the business running.
- Support (and lead where necessary) all budgeting and forecasting process, inputs and outputs for microsegments segment
- Ensure activities executed are aligned with budget allocated for the fiscal year
- Lead SAC and SRC budgeting and forecasting process and outputs for the segment
