What are key highlights oh this role?
-To Guarantee the quality of products produced by the plant in compliance with Group standards and specifications.
-To manage a team of engineers and technicians over a range of fields.
-To search efficiency in his/her domain and implement quality as a pilar of operational excellence.

Key Job Accountibilities;
- Promote and ensure application of the L’Oréal quality system within the plant and among suppliers and subcontractors by providing training, carrying out audits and providing documentation
- Guarantee the compliance of products and production conditions with the regulatory requirements
- Identify relevant strengths and weaknesses at the plant and make necessary (procedural, technical and organisational) changes
- Facilitate the implementation of a Quality Assurance  and operational excellence approach
- Supervise and coordinate action plans launched by the various plant departments to improve quality
- Provide expert input on quality issues for both internal and external contacts
- Recruit, develop and manage a team; ensure transfer of expertise and know-how and implement organisational changes
- Define and follow up annual budget objectives of quality department by estimating requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variance, initiating corrective actions.
- Take part in the decision-making process with the plant’s management committee

Preferred qualifications/experience;

-4 years University degree from reputable universities,
-Having at least 3 years of management experience in cosmetic self-care products sector as manager,
-Advanced level English, preferably French
-Analytical and synthetic mind, good listening and strong communication skills
-Decision taking initiative

Location: L’Oréal İstanbul Plant is located in Esenyurt.
