QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

HARIBO is the no. 1 manufacturer of Gums & Jellies within the total sugar confectionery market. We are now looking for a
 
Planning Supervisor
for our HQ located in Hadımköy/İstanbul
 
 
Ø University degree in Business Engineering or Industrial Engineering Departments
 
Ø Excellent command of both written and spoken English (proficiency in German is an asset)
 
Ø Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Excel
 
Ø Experience with ERP system installation
 
Ø No military obligation for male candidates
 
Ø Having analytical thinking and work prioritization skills
 
Ø Having strong planning, organizing, follow-up and reporting skills
 
Ø Being solution oriented and able to work as a team player and having excellent communication skills.
 
Ø Reside in European side of Istanbul
 
Ø Knowing requirements, dynamics and structure of Supply Chain and having at least 4 years’ experience in Demand & Production planning
 

İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to Planning Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
 
 
Ø Creating the link between all relevant departments to prepare short, mid and long term demand plans and preparing the reports
 
Ø Defining and reporting the sufficiency of the production capacity in accordance with the sale forecast
 
Ø Organizing the “demand planning meetings” with the sale, marketing and planning teams and able to make sale and marketing departments to provide at least 1-3 months agreed SKU based sale forecast.
 
Ø Following up and reporting SKU based sale forecast accuracy
 
Ø Amending the production and supply plans in accordance with the demands and orders
 
Ø Preparing the stocks level, forecasts, expected stock-out risk report to the management
 
Ø Keeping the demand, production and finished stocks level in balance
 
Ø Preparing the weekly, monthly and yearly planning schedules of different production lines of more than 400 SKUs effectively and efficiently.
 
Ø Preparing the main production plans and stock levels based on customer orders and defining production line occupancy
 
Ø Preparing the best shipment schedule considering customer satisfaction and production efficiency
 
Ø Managing material planning of supply chain in accordance with the “cost reduction” policy of the company
