- University degree preferable Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of demand planning work experience
- Forecasting, data analysis, attention to detail, flexible, expertise in role, advanced user of MS Office applications ( Advanced knowledge of Excel as a must),
- Hardworking, eager to learn
- Good communication skills required as significant cross functional team work required both at cluster & regional level
- Strong ability to analysis data and understand weighting data within the category and overall business context for accurate forecasting.
- A candidate with a passion for the beauty industry & demand planning career is preferred
- Fluency in English
İŞ TANIMI
- Accountable for the update of the offer flows; using the most up to date appropriate and key historical data, amend forecast following trend results
- Ensure the integrity of the Forecast inputs (the impact of Source of Sales and the New Product Forecasts) and impact of cannibalization
- Update concept splits (shade / color / size) where required
- Submission of GTH and FLL estimates in line with Stagegate Process and Load estimates to MAPS & Matrix One / Stagegate in line with SLA and ensuring their consistency
- Re-estimate category plans as required to incorporate event plans, latest trends, new product development changes, creative execution, planning changes, Early Warning System and MyForecast results.
- Ensure forecasts are realistic, reflecting recent trends, agreed with categories and provided on time
- Accuracy and outliers tracking and analysis for KPI improvement, including root causes
- Partner with supply chain through Stagegate, Innovation and Risk Review processes to reduce inventory and service risks
- Reduce inventory and improve service through Innovation Grid & Stagegate process
- Inform Fashion and Home Supply Chain in any change of the PFG products estimate
- Share estimation risk analysis to alert supply chain & DP Manager on risky products
- Working with Supply chain to ensure correct focus is given to risk items in order to maximize service and manage inventory levels
