- Significant experience in a similar position

- Driving license

- Experience in Telecommunication or GSM

İŞ TANIMI
- Will be in charge of management of consumer channels' efficiency & profitability, field activities,quality management of consumer channels and regional campaign designs.
- The candidate will be managing a team of 4 staff and reporting to consumer trade marketing senior manager.
- Analyse Consumer channel efficiency & profitability.
- Increase the revenues of the channel (other than commissions).
- Run field activities to increase foot traffic to the Shops and in parallel increase sales
- Monitor P&L of the channel
- Increase the quality of the service through consumer channel by existing applications (e.g. Mystery Shopper) or by developing new methodology and/or projects for executional excellence
- Ensure execution excellence in event organization & Field Activities. Manage agencies effectively
- Designing incentives for dealers
- Performing channel metric analyses in order to design loyalty programmes of varying scope.
- Implementing a suitable dealer loyalty plan with the aim of increasing the dealer motivation and sales performance.
- Monitoring the process and analyzing its effectiveness before making result evaluation.
- Establish and develop best teams
- Motivate and develop team members so that people are loyal to company and turnover within department is minimized.
- Ensure all actions of VDF employees are inline with company policies. Take respective actions when these policies are violated.
- Monitor the performance of direct reports and ensure every team member is above the minimum performance requirement. Take corrective actions on time.
