QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We seek for the “SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER” who will be able to demonstrate proven competency  and ambitious sales behavior in Power Systems Division – Substations Business Unit in Kartal, İstanbul with below qualifications;
  • University degree in Electrical Engineering,
  • 6-8 years of experience in sales/tendering/marketing and site execution of  turn - key HV AIS/GIS Substations to/for preferably, Private Investors.
  • Result oriented, customer focused, demonstrating good communication, planning and teamwork skills,
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • Good command of MS Office & ACAD programs,
  • No obstacle for traveling and having a valid driving license,
  • Completed military service for male applicants.


İŞ TANIMI

Sell, sell, and sell company systems and products within a designated geographic area or customer segment in accordance with the strategy and the budget. Develop and maintain sales opportunities and customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer problems. Partner with Local Business Unit team members for assigned customers, and work with internal and external partners in order to secure orders and maximize cashed-profits.
 
  • Proactively seeking out sales opportunities by developing new or via existing relations
  • Regular customer visits, identify their needs and prepare technical and commercial value-based proposals/tenders & follow up
  • Preparing for & running the internal risk management process
  • Taking active and/or leading role in contract negotiations
  • Securing Orders of HV AIS/GIS Substations
  • Establishing effective business relations with Sales and Executive management and engineering, supply chain, project management team members and global ABB partners
  • Preparing periodic sales reports, forecasts, market plans, monitoring and evaluating market players. Analysis of sales data; Projects lists, hit-ratio, won-lost analysis
  • Develop, implement and follow up on strategic sales & marketing plans, support to preparing business development strategy
  • Conduct customer presentations
  • Use and follow the customer satisfaction tools
  • Reporting to Substations Tendering & Sales Manager

     

Preferred Candidate

More than 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
