Quality Manager

L'Oréal Türkiye

• 4 years university degree from reputable universities of chemistry engineering department.
• Having 5-8 years of experience in production and quality.
• Previous experience in cosmetic sector would be asset (Pharmaceutical and all FMCG company experiences are accepted).
• An advanced English language skill is a must. French would be asset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

İŞ TANIMI

• Define objectives and implement evaluation system for the employees in the Quality Department.
• Recruit, develop a team, and ensure transfer of expertise and know-how. Define and develop the training needs of the Quality Department employees.
• Assist in setting the MOD / MOI budget and respect the final results. Define the annual budget of the Quality Department.
• Follow up financial objectives by estimating requirements, scheduling expenditures, analysing variance, initiating corrective actions.
• Take part in the decision-making process with the plant’s management committee.
• Lead safety as example.

• Define and follow up quality key performance indicators and report weekly and monthly quality indicators.
• Perform gap analysis and follow actions to reach define target.
• Help to improve the manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and organize all the quality control according the group standards.
• Manage controls of all raw materials, packaging components, bulk and finished products, and granting necessary approvals.
• Approve bulk manufacturing procedures in accordance with group formula officialization and product specifications.
• Investigate consumer complaints; carry out all necessary analysis and reporting to customer care service.
• Record and archive all information regarding quality of the products and required for the release of the finished goods.

• Manage and deploy Quality Management System in compliance with ISO requirements.
• Identify relevant strengths and weaknesses at the plant and make necessary (procedural, technical and organizational) changes.
• Ensure that the processes necessary for the quality management system have been defined, implemented and maintained.
• Validate production processes by performing risk assessment (FMEA).
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Quality reviews to make sure that adequate preventive actions are taken for all the deviations.
• Investigate process failings and eliminate opportunity for repeat occurrence, share findings with factory and Quality network.
• Perform necessary summaries and inform the production services and the Plant Manager.

• Participate in the Monthly Development committee.
• Participate in packaging and manufacturing process development.
• Lead and follow up the implementation of new quality project.
• Participate in preparation and implementation of new project (catty a risk assessment).
