Our multinational client which is a leading retailer of luxury goods is seeking for a boutique manager.

experience in retail for 5 years;
experience in boutique management for 3 years;
customer and service oriented;
strong sales focus;
sharp administrative and organizational skills;
sound understanding of stock management and visual merchandising;
result oriented and problem solver;
take initiative and work under pressure;
lead by example and coach staff members;
presentable, representative and fashionable brand ambassador;
excellent in understanding, speaking and writing in English;
available to work flexibly.

İŞ TANIMI

recruits, manages, develops and maintains a professional team leads the team by example and takes full responsibility for them and their performance;
manages boutique, team and individual performances by developing and communicating qualitative and quantitative objectives;
ensures goals are met through constant monitoring and analyzing;
spends maximum time on the shop floor to serve consumers and supervise team;
in cooperation with line manager, develops business plan for each calendar year, including turnover development, boutique events, promotions, trainings and ensures its realization by organizing and planning respective resources timely and professionally;
continually identifies opportunities for improvements and initiates respective actions to enhance sales, profitability, efficiency and effectiveness within area of responsibility;
analysis, plans, orders and maintains the product assortment and stock levels;
implements and maintains visual merchandising according to head office guidelines and maintains a qualitative and appealing product and boutique presentation.
