Founded in 2012, Yapi Merkezi IDIS (Transportation Technologies) Inc. strengthens Yapi Merkezi Group’s leadership position  in delivering innovative, cost-effective and award-winning projects to the rail transportation sector. Since its foundation as the technological systems arm of Yapi Merkezi Group, YM IDIS has been participating in all turn-key rail projects of Yapi Merkezi in Africa and Turkey. With the addition of YM IDIS, Yapi Merkezi Group now in a unique position among the construction groups in delivering civil, track, signalling, telecommunication, power and catenary works of a rail project through its dedicated companies and departments.

YM IDIS moved to their modern Project Design Centre on the Asian side Istanbul during 2017, where we design and coordinate the implementation of state-of-the-art S&T system solutions for the projects we are involved around the Globe. Our engineers work with select signalling and telecommunication technology partners in Europe to jointly embrace the challenges brought about by Information and Communications Technology (ICT) transformations.

Client focused R&D is a priority for YM IDIS. We operate our Technology Centre at Technical University of Istanbul (Turkey) Research Park, where we develop state-of-art rail signalling control and telecommunication systems.
