Polymer R&D Specialist

We hold R&D Center status certified by the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology, and operate in the field of 3D printing and resin technologies. We are looking for a Polymer R&D Specialist experienced in polymer chemistry, UV curing technologies and 3D technologies to join our growing R&D team.

Responsibilities 

• Develop, optimize and characterize UV-curable formulations within the scope of projects carried out at our R&D Center 

• Carry out laboratory-scale synthesis and formulation work in free-radical polymerization-based systems 

• Research and evaluate new raw materials and monomers, and integrate them into existing formulations 

• Plan and perform product performance tests and report the results 

• Support the transition from laboratory scale to pilot/production scale in collaboration with production and quality teams 

• Track technological developments in the sector through literature and patent reviews 

• Prepare technical documentation and reports for projects carried out under R&D Center status 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering field 

• At least 3 years of experience in polymer chemistry, UV curing, radical polymerization and 3D technologies 

• Hands-on experience in formulation development and laboratory-scale synthesis work 

• Proficiency in analytical measurement and characterization methods (FTIR, DSC, viscometer, rheometer, etc.) 

• Good command of English (reading/writing, following technical literature) 

• Proficient in MS Office applications; able to effectively use laboratory data recording/reporting tools 

• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset 

• Able to work in Istanbul, Ümraniye
