Job Description

·         Receive all incoming materials and store them in the designated warehouses according to quality procedures,

·         Verify that incoming materials match the names and quantities on purchase orders; arrange return invoices in case of discrepancies,

·         Conduct end-of-month main warehouse inventory counts,

·         Ensure all invoices are accurately and completely recorded in the Dynamics system,

·         Coordinate with the Cost Controller to manage inventory and financial processes

Qualifications

·         Minimum high school diploma,

·         At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,

·         Able to adapt to a dynamic work pace,

·         Strong analytical skills,

·         Proficiency in MS Office and Dynamics programs is preferred.
