Job Description:
Reporting directly to Human Resources Manager, the HRBP will be responsible for leading Employee Life Cycle processes such as Onboarding, Training & Development, Performance Management, Career Management, Labor Law, Compensation and Admin.

• Be the first point of contact for respective department employees, regarding all HR processes, systems and policies.
• Supervise the respective partner department and the employees in all HR processes such as Onboarding, Training & Development, Performance Management, Career Management, Labor Law, Compensation and Admin.
• Build strong relationship with respective department leaders and employees to obtain a positive working environment.
• Support partner department leaders for organizational development, team activities and change management.
• Take part in HR projects as a project leader or project member whenever it is necessary
• Assess needs in HR related topics such as performance management, career management, development and leadership.
• Take ownership and develop work environment policies in line with the company strategy.
• Monitor, analyze and follow-up on the KPIs set by the organization.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Labor Economics and Industrial Relations,
• At least 5 years of experience in related areas, especially experience in IT industry,
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivation with high level of energy
• Team player with strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, German would be an asset
