Retail Recruiter (3-Month Contract / External)

Role Overview

We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our HR team on a 3-month contract basis. This role will primarily support recruitment and HR operations activities, contributing to the efficient execution of end-to-end hiring processes and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of HR experience and a strong interest in talent acquisition and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports, documentation, and employee records
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment and operational processes
• Support employee engagement initiatives and events when required
• Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout all HR touchpoints (promotions, lateral moves, performance management)
• Provide operational and administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment and/or HR operations
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with ATS or HR systems is considered an advantage
