Purpose: Interior and exterior architectural store planning and construction management of new construction, relocation and re-modelling of adidas retail and franchise stores, shop-in-shops (SIS) and other type of branded adidas/Reebok areas including customers’ factory outlets within adidas Turkey, in close cooperation with sales channel, visual merchandising team and customer, including scope of works, cost estimation, management of tenders and related contracts
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a professional project management and a timely completion of the projects as well as quality and design.
Implement Global Retail standards and Corporate Identity (CI) Guidelines Coordinate all store maintenance activities and ensure requests from existing stores are fulfilled on time by working closely with retail, franchise and wholesale team. Order store concept hardware.
Place orders in line with required lead time to assure in time fulfilment ready for flawless implementation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
If necessary, location check and evaluation of potential adidas retail store sites considering architectural aspects.
Conduct site survey, measurement taking and transforming into CAD plans. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance services as requested.
Monitor, control and report all works being completed on time, in budget and with expected quality as well as the Global Standards.
Prepares drawing of the stores, including decoration blueprints, lighting plans, visual merchandising, fitting and façade in CAD format. After the approval of Senior Director DTC and Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, places the order of store concept hardware via RSP order system.
Coordinate and prepare account & billing reports of all furniture & decoration cost and expenses related to Store Development.
Coordinate and prepare tender processes for new vendors, constructions.
Responsible for the construction project management of fit-out project process including scope of works, tender phases, pre-construction services, construction procurement including security system and lighting and handover to Retail-Franchise/Key Account/Field Sales team.
Handles relations with related parties to follow improvements on adidas Global Retailing and Corporate Identity (CI) standards. Communicates these to related colleagues to ensure their proper implementation on architectural projects.
Monitor market needs and demands in retail planning, product quality, new production techniques, and quality improvement methods and transfer it into the improvement of furniture.
Steering and Monitoring of production of these elements contributes in improving current fittings to decrease costs or to improve their functional efficiency.
Follows the changes and competition in the sector and in the region and informs and the management.
Researches and evaluates new materials, suppliers and vendors to reduce the store construction and maintenance costs.
Coordinate and follow the maintenance and repair requests for own retail stores. Report quality issues in real time using provided standardized processes & documents.
Role is temporary 1 year.
Requisite Education and Experience:
University Degree in Architecture or Interior
Design Minimum 3+ experience in Architecture or Interior Design, experience in Retail Sector is an asset
AutoCAD knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word)
