We are looking for a “Lawyer – Corporate” to join our Legal department located in Ataşehir.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
• 1–4 years of professional experience, preferably gained in the legal department of a corporate organization and/or at a law firm providing legal advisory services to corporate clients.
• Solid knowledge of and practical experience in Turkish Commercial Law, Capital Markets Law, Turkish Law of Obligations, and Personal Data Protection (KVKK) legislation.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong follow-up skills, effective time management, and analytical and reporting abilities.
• Well-developed planning, organizational, research, and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good command of MS Office applications and MERSIS.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

Job Description

• Monitoring and managing corporate governance processes, including General Assembly Meetings and Board of Directors’ resolutions; preparing the necessary legal documentation and following up on registration and publication procedures.
• Handling all corporate legal matters, including the preparation of signature circulars, powers of attorney, authorization certificates, and similar corporate documentation.
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and coordinating the execution of agreements (in both Turkish and English), protocols, and other legally binding documents to which group companies are parties.
• Conducting legal research and analysis regarding matters referred by relevant departments and business units; preparing legal opinions, providing guidance to group companies, and delivering legal support for related projects and processes.
• Providing regular reports to the Chief Legal Officer on all matters within the scope of responsibilities and preparing memos and/or comprehensive reports upon request.
