We are looking for a team member who can effectively communicate with global customers, possesses excellent English communication skills, demonstrates strong coordination and follow-up abilities, and can efficiently manage communication across different departments. The ideal candidate should have a customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with global customers in both written and verbal English.
• Coordinate activities and ensure smooth communication between different departments.
• Monitor operational processes and follow up on action items.
• Support customer relationship management and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of ongoing processes.
• Identify issues proactively and provide solution-oriented support.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to process tracking and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
• Experience in customer relations and operational process management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
