Reports to the Finance Director; responsible for the accurate and timely execution of accounting, tax, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process AP/BP requests into SAP FI and MDM modules; follow up on approvals and filing
• Manage review and approval of Concur expense reports
• Ensure compliance with internal control standards; escalate bottlenecks
• Prepare VAT1, VAT2, Stamp Duty, SCT, Withholding Tax, and Provisional Tax declarations
• Control internal transactions and Transfer Pricing Analysis
• Review and approve FI entries from departments
• Prepare audit requests and manage the audit process
• Own monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes
• Support other departments on Royalty/License-related customs tax calculations
• Analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) and communicate findings
• Monitor regulations to ensure correct GAAP application
• Review and approve system exchange rates
• Manage e-ledger processes

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or Management preferred); Master's degree + CPA internship (SMMM) a plus
• 10+ years of experience in Accounting & Tax
• Knowledge of Turkish GAAP
• SAP FI and MM module knowledge
• Knowledge of Tax Procedure Law and Special Consumption Tax Law
• Advanced English
• Strong MS Office skills
