Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university,
- Minimum 3 years experience on CRM platforms (i.e CRM Dynamics, Salesforce),
- Minimum 3 years of CRM and campaign management experience,
- Having hands-on experience on corporate sales,
- Problem solving and strong coordination skills,
- Advanced communication skills,
- Result-oriented and proactive team player,
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Job Description
- Planning experience-based actions and campaigns for target audience and segments determined by CRM data,
- Responsible for cooperating with 3rd parties in CRM projects,
- Following up campaigns that CRM team established and taking actions according to the results of these campaigns,
- Responsible for campaign KPI's and taking actions to improve these KPI's,
- Managing campaign and guest communication channels,
- Establishing and testing campaigns on CRM Dynamics and implement these campaigns to the stores,
- Managing Website and Mobile application contents on CMS screens,
- Managing and reporting CRM communication channels like Push, Mobil Inbox and Email,
- Reporting and following the financial benefits of Campaign Management,
- Reporting and tracking of CRM project budgets.
