We're searching for a "Planning Engineer" with the following requirements;

• Bachelor degree in Engineering  Departments,
• At least 2 years experience in similar position in a global industial company,
• Knowledge in ERP Systems & Ms Office,
• Good command of English,
• Good communication and problem solving skills, 
• Analytical thinking and result focused approach,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare and manage production plans according to customer demand, production capacity, material availability, and delivery requirements,
• Monitor production schedules and ensure that planned quantities are achieved within the required timelines,
• Analyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks and constraints, and develop appropriate action plans,
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of the production plan,
• Optimize production sequences and priorities to improve capacity utilization, productivity, and on-time delivery performance,
• Track production progress against the plan, identify deviations, and take corrective actions when necessary,
• Prepare and monitor key production planning KPIs and provide regular performance reports,
• Support short-, medium-, and long-term capacity planning based on demand forecasts and business requirements,
• Support inventory optimization by balancing production requirements with stock levels and customer demand,
• Coordinate production changes, urgent orders, engineering changes, and priority adjustments while minimizing operational impact,
• Maintain accurate planning parameters and production data within ERP/MRP systems,
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning, scheduling, capacity utilization, and material flow,
• Participate in cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement projects related to production planning and resource utilization,
• Ensure that production planning activities comply with company procedures, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.
