As part of our growth and institutionalization journey, we are seeking a Deputy General Manager who will lead the company’s non-commercial functions and strengthen internal systems, performance discipline, and corporate governance structures.
This role reports directly to the General Manager and plays a key leadership role in ensuring operational alignment and sustainable organizational development.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Deputy General Manager,
Proven experience in organizational structuring and governance system design
Strong background in KPI framework development and performance management systems
Hands-on experience leading ERP implementation and digital transformation initiatives
Solid leadership experience across HR, Logistics operationIT, Brand, and corporate support functions and Purchasing
Experience managing institutionalization and corporate development projects
Financial literacy with the ability to interpret financial statements and understand key business performance indicators
Strong execution capability with a structured and analytical mindset
Preferably fluent in English
Key Responsibilities
Lead all non-commercial functions including HR, ERP & Digitalization, Operations, IT, Brand, and cross-functional projects
Design and institutionalize organizational structures, governance frameworks, and role definitions
Establish and monitor company-wide KPI systems and performance dashboards
Drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure effective ERP utilization across departments
Standardize operational workflows and strengthen internal process discipline
Lead international brand development and institutionalization programs, (includingTurquality processes)
Strengthen corporate governance and enhance the company’s international competitiveness
Manage strategic transformation initiatives from design through execution
Ensure cross-departmental alignment and operational efficiency across the organization
Provide structured, data-driven reporting and strategic insights to the General Manager and the Chairman of the Board
Act as the execution leader of the organization, translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes
