QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's Degree in Media & Communications, Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields,
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Functions or related business units such as Customer Experience, User Experience etc.
- Passionate about human centered experience design, creativity and innovation,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,

Arçelik is looking for a Senior Specialist - Employee Experience Design & Talent Acqusition who will work for HR Directorate.
- Designing and executing voice of employee strategy,
- Managing employee engagement research, pulse check surveys, focus groups, 1-1 interviews to gather real insights,
- Defining employee personas and differentiating experience according to personas needs,
- Designing lifecycle employee experience strategy starting from candidate experience to post exit experience,
- Discovering new future of work experience needs and implementing them with company process,
- Improving hybrid working strategy according to employees needs,
- Coordinating and mentoring Regional and local HR teams about determining and implementing the talent acquisition actions defined in parallel with the global employer branding strategies,
- Determining global recruitment strategies and ensuring standardization of implementation across all regions,
- Continuously improving recruitment process by focusing on candidate experience and considering digitalization opportunities, best practices and benchmarks,
- Guiding Regional and local HR teams about creating candidate pools and medium-to-long term recruitment plans in line with business strategies and priorities,
- Following best practices and benchmarks for onboarding processes; continuously improving it in order to maximize the employee experience; providing consultancy and guidance on process implementation by business units,
- Supporting all kinds of internal and external communication strategies to strengthen employer branding, maximizing employee engagement and motivation,
