We are seeking a Technical Services Support Assistant Specialist with Arabic and French language skills to join our team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
Good command of French, Arabic, English, and Turkish (both written and spoken)
Proficiency in Turkish is considered an advantage
Advanced user of MS Office and ERP applications
Strong planning and organizational skills; analytical, customer-oriented, and a team player
Excellent communication and presentation skills
No travel restrictions
Valid driving license
Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul
Job Description
Responding to emails, messages, and/or online calls via WhatsApp, and providing effective solutions to customer requests, issues, and complaints.
Providing technical support to Arkel customers when needed, assisting them in resolving job-related technical problems.
Participating in international exhibitions when required, in order to support Arkel and provide technical information to potential customers.
