Key Account Manager / Senior Specialist – MENA

Location: Mersin, Türkiye

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to expand Armada Foods’ market share and customer portfolio across MENA markets, with a focus on consistent deal flow and high-volume sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the customer portfolio across MENA markets, building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

• Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quotation to closing deals.

• Generate new business opportunities and drive repeat sales volumes.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer demand to identify growth opportunities and develop sales plans aligned with volume and profitability targets.

• Coordinate closely with the trading committee and operations teams to ensure competitive offers and timely order fulfilment.

• Follow up on orders, shipments and payments in coordination with logistics, operations and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with agreed commercial terms.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and Turkish.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food commodity exports from Türkiye, gained within a company listed in ISO 500, TİM 1000 or Capital 500 Türkiye.

• A proven track record of consistent sales success in high-volume, price-sensitive categories such as oils, pasta, grains and pulses, flour or similar staple products.

• Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills.

• Ability to operate effectively within tight pricing structures and fast-moving markets.

• Self-motivated, persistent and results-oriented.
