Job Description
- Supporting recruitment processes (CV screening, candidate communication, interview coordination)
- Entering and updating candidate data in the system
- Providing operational support for training and development processes
- Contributing to employee experience and internal communication projects
- Supporting daily HR operations
Qualifications
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week on-site
