Job Description:
The main duty of Operations Executive is to help companies map out travel arrangements for their employees.
In ATG Turkey, Operation Executives are responsible for the operations inside and outside of Turkey. These operations include accommodation arrangements, home rental, car rental, transfers, car disposal, train, – and ferry tickets, tours, and other private requests, etc.. Operation Executives are responsible for managing all requests and taking care of amendments, cancellations, invoicing, commission tracking, and complaints. Besides, supplier research, and contracting with global and local hotels and suppliers are some of the duties of Operation Executives.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- University degree (preferably in Tourism and Hospitality or Business Administration)
- Minimum 2 years experience in corporate travel management
- Written and verbal communication skills in English and second language is a plus
- Excellent overall communication and telephone skills
- Focused on corporate customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent skills in Computer and MS Office
- Knowledge of Online Travel Systems is a must
- Responsible for preparing itineraries and quotations for clients
- Able to multitask
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Able to travel in need and support operations inside and outside of Turkey
- Ability to work according to flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays
- No military service obligation for male candidates
