Process Engineer

Aurora, headquartered in Germany since 1928, is a 100% German-capitalized manufacturer of heating/air conditioning systems and components for a wide range of off-road and land vehicles in Germany, the Netherlands, North America and Turkey.

As Aurora Turkey, we are looking for a "Process Engineer" teammate for our growing organization in Tekirdağ/Çorlu-Ergene.

Competence: 

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
• New graduate or 1–2 years of experience
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Production Systems
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and/or 3D CAD programs
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems; IFS knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset
• Energetic, curious, and eager to learn
• Willingness to spend time and work actively on the production floor

Responsibilities;

• Preparing and maintaining production documentation

• Conducting time studies and method analyses

• Supporting new product introduction from prototype to serial production

• Maintaining ERP data, including production times, BOMs, routings, and work plans

• Driving Kaizen and Continuous Improvement activities

• Coordinating 5S activities

• Conducting Value Stream Mapping and identifying opportunities to eliminate waste

• Developing and implementing Poka-Yoke solutions

• Supporting feasibility studies and investment projects

• Supporting OHS studies
