Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Acts as primary customer interface for external customers, distributors, potential customers and other roles internal to the business. 

Interacts with broader network of Internal Axalta Partners to ensure that the customers’ requirements are understood, and commitments are met.

Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex and/or free zone area/export orders.

Evaluates orders internally, creates deliveries, invoices, and communicates with the customer.

Follows customers’ portal. In addition, covers customer needs and inform relevant departments to meet needs and communicates the results to the customer.

Requirements 

Bachelor’s Degree from related departments

Fluency in English

Effective oral and written communication

Strong interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, good command of SAP preferred. 

Active listening skills

Dynamic and highly motivated, high teamwork skills   

Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills.

Experience

Min 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented position and experience in free zone& export shipments & procedures.
