Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in international procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with proven managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and procurement best practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies that support business objectives.
• Proven ability to manage supplier performance, cost optimization, and risk management initiatives.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement the company's international procurement strategy in line with business objectives.
• Lead and manage all international purchasing activities, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Establish, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with global suppliers while continuously evaluating supplier performance.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve sustainable cost advantages.
• Monitor global market trends, raw material prices, and supply risks, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement function.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Foreign Trade teams to ensure an integrated and efficient supply chain.
• Oversee inventory planning and procurement forecasting to maintain optimum stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant international trade regulations.
• Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, budgets, and performance analyses, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team, fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture.
