We are looking for a law student or trainee lawyer to support our Legal Department with the following responsibilities:

• Providing operational support to the Legal Department on day-to-day matters.

• Supporting the preparation of documents requested by law firms;

• Archiving official notifications and forwarding them to the relevant internal stakeholders;

• Archiving contracts and maintaining organized legal records;

• Managing the operational process of sending formal notices;

• Assisting with customer responses regarding objections to traffic fines;

• Responding to inquiries received from customers or third parties;

• Reviewing simple contracts
