Position Overview

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our team in Akhisar.

This role will be mainly responsible for managing cash flow processes, receivables tracking and payment operations in line with company policies and global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily day-to-day cash flow activities and ensure sufficient liquidity is maintained
• Prepare and regularly update short and mid-term cash flow forecasts, highlighting potential risks and funding needs
• Closely monitor customer receivables and coordinate with the sales team on collection follow-ups
• Manage and prioritize supplier payments in line with company cash policies
• Supporting financial planning and reporting processes
• Ensure all cash-related transactions are accurately recorded in SAP
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and group guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably with exposure to cash flow or treasury processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP is required
• Good command of English; working proficiency is preferred but not a strict requirement
• Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail
• Disciplined approach with the ability to establish, improve, and sustain structured processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Residing in: Akhisar, Manisa or İzmir/Bornova
